From Manila, it takes an 8-hour trip to Naga city in Bicol.
From Naga, take a 2-hour bus trip to Sabang. From Sabang, it's another 2-hour banca ride to Guihalo.
From Guihalo port, it's a 30-minute jeepney ride to the town proper & another 30-minute tricycle to Gota beach.
Gota beach gets pretty crowded on weekends; island-hopping is highly recommended.

It will take you another hour bus ride, an hour's bangka ride, another hour by jeep, and the last portion will be a 3 kms hike.
